Medicare is like voodoo and there are a ton of agents and companies calling and pressuring you to go with their policies. It gets noisy and confusing. What I liked about Byron was his calm approach. He listened to me, he asked me what I needed, what doctors I liked, he met with me at my convenience. When I called or texted, he answered with kindness and information. He was never too busy and even though I knew he had a lot of clients I always felt like I was the important one. He knew all the plans and is licensed with all the major carriers, so I had options and I was comfortable working with him. I think of him more like a hometown agent than a corporation agent and I believe he genuinely enjoys helping people.
